Manager
Olenka is a Polish/Canadian who has been living in Guatemala since January 2016. She is currently working for CECI (Center for International Studies and Cooperation), a Canadian non-profit, as their Strategic Partnerships Development Advisor. She also helps to manage the Hub, organize events, and keep things running smoothly. When she's not at work, you can usually find her at the yoga studio, at home baking or lost in her sketchbook, or outside exploring new places.

Accounting and Operations Assistant
Karina considers herself an entrepreneur in the area of design. She has worked in projects related to web pages and social media in private companies and government institutions. She has been organizing promotional and institutional events and through this she has learned to know more about the Mayan origins and worldview. Karina is currently working at the front desk of Impact Hub Antigua, where she welcomes visitors, gives tours of the Hub, and helps out with accounting and other operational tasks. At Impact Hub Antigua she feels inspired meeting interesting people and learning new things every day, and being part of an including, knowledge sharing community is something that motivates her!

Ronnie is our resident "Mr Fix-it" and does repairs and preventive maintenance in all areas. He's the reason why we've been able to keep things running so well and hold our outsourced maintenance to the bare minimum. Ronnie is also the reason why the Impact Hub looks so clean all the time.

Mark helped found Impact Hub Antigua and was a catalyst in the development of Chamba, the first co-working center in Guatemala. He is Co-Founder and a Principal of Pomona Impact, an investment firm that invests and supports early stage impact companies in Meso-America. He worked for many years in Central America as an operator and developer of hotels and restaurants.
Within Impact Hub Antigua, Mark currently oversees marketing, assists with impact programs, champions the use of collaborative apps, and can be a nuisance to the rest of the Team.

Co-Founder & Financial management
Rich keeps on eye on the budget and financial projections to ensure the Impact Hub Antigua is self-sustaining and eventually able grow its offerings and services.
Rich is Co-founder and Managing Director of Pomona Impact, an investment firm that invests and supports early stage impact companies in Meso-America, and is passionate about spurring on positive change across Central America through impact investing. He believes the Impact Hub Antigua has enormous potential to catalyze innovation and serve as a key pillar of the Guatemalan entrepreneurial ecosystem. He remains actively involved in the entrepreneurship space, judging Startup Weekend events, collaborating with universities and investing in promising in early stage social businesses.
Rich has over 10 years of experience working in private equity and structured finance at EMP Global, Latin American Partners and OPIC. Having spent most of his childhood in Central America, Rich is fluent in Spanish. He holds a BA from Furman University and MBA from Georgetown.
